ANG INIT!!! Let me start this entry with that rant. Iba ang init recently no, parang may free preview ang impeyrno. Bad trip pa na bago na ang shift namin and we get off at 10 a.m. #masandaltulog :)

Anyways, I just want to share my super busy weekend! It was all about meeting new and old (di naman old sa edad, Sis Arline) blogger friends :) It was fun! :)

FRIDAY
I met up with food blogger Michymoo of  I Am A Dekaphobic for dinner. If I recall correctly ( if I am wrong, tandaan, makakalimutin ako) I came upon Michy's blog after Googling "where to pig out like a pig in Cebu". I ended up reading and loving her raving post about Harbor City Dimsum House. So Emer and I pigged out at Harbor City on our last Cebu trip - and me, loving the food thought to myself  "my, my, Michy does know good food!" And hence, I became a fan of her blog ever since.

So there, we had dinner at Cafe Dozo, a Japanese restaurant (sabi nga sa sign nila haha). Cafe Dozo is in Antipolo, just a tricycle ride away from where I live.

I was a bit nervous meeting up with Michy, paano kung ang serious nya pala at mag mukha akong baliw kakasabi ng kung ano ano. Haha! All that over a Japanese dinner of course.

We had...Gyoza..
..Potato Balls..
..Mixed Maki..
 ..Tonkatsu..
..Shrimp Tempura..
..and my favorite - Pork Katsudon! :)
Konti ng kinain namin no?
Well I can't critique food well, I'll leave that to the pros like Michy :) Ako basta masarap naman, perfect na sa akin. Yun ngang maalat - maanghang - maasim - mamanis manis, minsan nalilito pa ako.

After dinner, we had coffee and cakes at Seisha Cafe, a few steps and much fewer cartwheel away from Cafe Dozo.
As the name implies, they have Seisha, and have meals too. And of course, coffee and dessert. Nagulat kami ni Michy seeing they have doughnuts too, Krispy Kreme doughnuts na naka box pa talaga.
Over a cup of coffee we talked more about work, bloggers, love life and the lack of it :)
It was great to finally meet Michy in person. She's a real and funny person behind such a diet ruining blog :) Thanks for finding time to meet me Michymoo! :)
SATURDAY

Saturday is Divisoria day naman with Sis Arline! We went to Divi to buy stuff for the lolas whom we will visit on our 2nd PBO Outreach. Bago ang Divi shopping, I met up with Kuya Lawrence, delivery guy from KIMSTORE. Kimstore btw has most of the must have aka must dream of gadgets at the cheapest prices e-v-e-r. I bought a DSLR..at long last! Now I can take higher quality and yes, nicer pictures.

I just kept in mind all of it was for a good cause and I knew it was all worth it.
Thank you Papa God, I got to buy a camera for myself. I love taking pictures ( but not as much as having my picture taken, but it't all good)
  SUNDAY
Sunday was a very special day! We get to meet the one and only Mommy Joy! I was nervous (again, it's normal naman to be nervous when meeting someone for the first time di ba?) but of course I was more happy that I got to meet Mommy Joy in person. She's just on vacation for three weeks from Norway, so I really appreciate that she made time to meet us.

I guess it's because she takes care of herself, she dresses well and you can just see how happy and positive she is :)

Mommy Joy treated us to lunch - we had it at Teriyaki Boy. Thanks for the treat Mommy Joy! :)

Over lunch, more kwentuhan pa. It was really nice how we all talked to Mommy Joy as if we knew each other for years. Iba talaga ang nagagawa ng blogs, we get to make friends with people even from far away.  Mommy Joy had to leave after a while so though bitin, super thankful na ako sa time and chance to meet her. And thank you for the chocolates and for supporting PBO Mommy Joy! We love you! :*
Syempre nag pa-picture kami sa celebrity blogger :)

Then we had a short run down of stuff for the 2nd PBO Outreach. Looking forward to it, I'm sure it will be another success :)
And that was my very busy yet fun weekend! Bitin pero there's always the next weekend just right around the corner. Always something to look forward to, especially after a tiring week at work. Thanks for reading this and can't wait to read your blogs again. Bukas naman yon kasi past my bed time na :)

Thank you again everyone! Much love from me to you. Btw, please do visit the PBO page HERE. Thank you for all the support!
