Hello everyone! Straight from shift kami ni Marseng Joanne, pa freshen up pa kami, ako nag shower pa sa office. Pag dating sa venue at after mag ayos ayos at mag setup, aba parang nabalewala ang pag papa-fresh namin. Pero okay lang, bukod sa it's for a good cause, fresh naman kami naturally ni Marseng Joanne #umangalmasasaktan.

First sa venue kami nina Marseng Joanne and Empi, next sina Senyor and Juicy Jay. Next sina Josh, Mar and Lori with Joel and pretty Sophie.

..and toys (pwedeng endorser si cute Sophie)..
..and clothes!
Finally got to meet some bloggers for the first time - una, si Cheenee na super cute. Lol!
Na meet ko na din at last ang very celebrity ang peg na si Miss Balut! Super thank you for dropping by and bringing so much stuff for the bazaar. Thank you too for your super sweet gift. I love it a lot! Nice na naka pag chikahan tayo kahit sandali lang about you being prone sa mga maniac. Sa sexy mo ba naman, di naman surprising hehe :) Again, super nice to meet you and thank you for supporting PBO! :)
Also, I got to meet Juicy Jay! Very warm and cheerful :) Thanks Daddy Jay for your support sa PBO :)
Special thanks kay Pastor for letting us have the bazaar at their church! At bumili si Pastor ng books, again super thank you Pastor! :)
Most of the people who bought stuff form the bazaar are people who attended the service at church.
Mukha bang emotional si King Arvin dito sa pic with his kambal Empi? Kasi naman babalik na sya sa New Caledonia later that day. Pero okay lang yan, we'll see each other again soon! :)

Kami nina Empi and Marseng Joanne.

Went home dead tired after! I was awake for more than 24 hours so you can imagine how sick I was feeling.   It was nice though, being tired but knowing it was all for a good cause :)

Here are the stuff I bought from the bazaar nga pala. I bought a set of Stephen King books at Php150 only, The Undomesticated Goddess by Sophie Kinsella, a wallet (not in the pic) and a Toy Story toy - ang mga cute alien na nag sabi ng "The Clawwwww!" Cute!
Miss Balut btw, gave me a sweet present, a frame - perfect for the wall thing I finished today (kita may nalagay na akong picture) It has shells too which I added to my shell collection. Best of all, the present came with a sweet note / picture of Balut. Thanks again, super love this present :)
And that is our successful 1ST PBO Bazaar For A Cause! As our sexytary Joanne tallied, we earned : Php9,210 ++coins! Yahoo! I HEART WEEKENDS!

Sino ba namang may ayaw ng weekends?! A baka yung may mga pasok ng weekends! :)

Pag Sabado, we meet then go out for lunch or dinner. This week, we tried the seafood buffet at La Travieza, a seafood restaurant here in Antipolo. Guess what watawat! Php 199 lang ang buffet! :)
 O sabi ko sa inyo e! :)
Haha! Anyways, there are quite a selection of viands, mostly seafood. Nagulat nga ako may pork roast kahit seafood buffet.

 Tuna Sisig
 Seafood Paella
 Tahong and Clam Chowder
 Curried Crabs
After ng movie, change venue ulit! Punta naman kami kina Tikboy for a sleep over. Parang ano? Ewan ko ba, basta mahaba tapos parang, so alam nyo na haha :) Nakwento ko kasi sa kanyang gusto ko makadaan doon - thanks for taking me there Pats! :*
It was a fun ride! Lovely skies ahead! :)
Like we do on Saturdays, we go to Tikboy's home. Kaya nag punas punas at linis linis kami. At syempre count on me to make something nice out of a mess - ginamit ko ang yelo mula sa freezer to make this! Cute no! :)
 ..and the orangutans!
We then watch tv - our favorite show on Saturday Nights - The Voiiiiccccccceeeeeee! :)
After The Voice, bed time na :) This is the moment I look forward to all week, (more than the great, mind blowing sexy time) the time I get to sleep beside Tikboy. Because it means I get to wake up to a lovely morning next to him.
See, it is a really lovely morning :)
This Sunday morning was extra special though because may natupad akong wish. We heard mass at the Antipolo Church. There was so much to be thankful for, I was praying non stop in my head. It was crazy.
After mass, we had breakfast at McDo then we went home. Time for ME time and family time naman for both of us :)
I am so happy with how my weekends are nowadays that I could break into a smile with teeth showing. I'm THAT happy! :)

All will be well :)

And with that, thank you for reading abut how my weekends are spent! Kayo, how do you spend your weekends or your offs? :) Hope it's as great as mine. Tandaan, no matter how simple it is as long as it is spent with people you love, weekends are always great. Love love love! :)

For this post, hindi muna Kempet ang K sa HHK. Kain muna. Halo-Halong-Kain. Lakas maka kaning piggy no? Oink! I mean - game! :)

LUWAS EB
Yesterday I finally had the pleasure of meeting my blogger friend Marge of Piso Fashion and Coffeehan. So I was really happy that we got to finally meet.

So Marse and I made luwas luwas to Makati and we went on probinsyana mode. Nag malling kami at nang stalk at ogle ng kuyang gwapo (mas detailed kwento sa post ni Marse) then met up with Marge, Rhoda and Sis Arline. Went straight to 8065 Coffee Shop.
Eto kami, in random order. Kung by beauty ang arrangement ako nasa unahan. Ang umangal masasaktan okay? Tandaan 6'2" ako. Hahaha :)
So best in chikahan portion kami. Anyways, Marge is really pretty so yeah, kung by beauty ang pila, payag na ako pangalawa ako :)

I gave Marge a present - I drew a picture of her fabulous self :) Sorry sa frame Marge walang girly color so I brought a blue one just like mine.
Marge also had presents for us - a keyholder, an uber cute paper swan and a super sweet note.
Her note is too sweet to be kept to myself so here, you must read it too :)

Marseng Joanne in case you are wondering, hindi ako kasama sa pic ng note kasi ako ang kumuha okay? Hahahaha :)

Anyways, back to the 8065 Coffee Shop - it is a really homey coffee shop that Marge discovered and frequents. Glad she took us there. They have a really interesting display of toys! The boy in me (yes may boy sa loob ko, may girl din ) felt so happy seeing all these! I'm a big Marvel fan you see :)
This is what I wanted to do with this Gambit toy! Kung pwede lang nakawin!
Eto pa! X-Men collectible!
Leave it to me to make a gay scene with Spiderman and The Hulk :)
Enough playing around, usap naman about the food! They have rice meals at 8065 Coffee Shop - na puro bagnet ang ulam pero iba ibang luto. Gulo ng explanation ko no? Halimbawa! I had Spicy Gata Bagnet. Arline had Binagoongang Bagnet and Marge had Bagnet Kare Kare. Si Marse had plain and simple bagnet.

The verdict - super sarap! Mouth watering! Looks yummy! Hope I can try that too! Ganyan!
We also had this yummy Pesto - Php120.
And for dessert - a slice of Chocolate Campfire Cake - Php105 per slice. This made it to my list of yummiest cakes ever. Slice of heaven. At syempre - super sarap! Mouth watering! Looks yummy! Hope I can try that too! Ganyan! Haha ulit! :)
So over that yummy dinner and coffee we had a super fun talk. I know I'm a gay guy but it really is fun talking to girls kasi mas ka level ko ng isip at ng kung ano ano pa. Kahit ano pwede pag usapan, love life, gay bar, mga manlolokong lalake, etc. I had a really great time meeting and hanging out with you guys! Looking forward to hanging out with you again :)
Uwian time came at syempre nag pa-pic ako ng likod ng aking outfit for the day - sayang naman pag di nakita ang detail. Thanks for the pic Sis Arline :)
THE MILKY AND SUNNY SHOW!
Last week, after ako samahan ni Lori na kausapin si Pastor for our PBO Bazaar venue, we had a quick meal at Milky and Sunny in Kapitolyo, Pasig. Kaya ko i-nentitle na The Milky and Sunny show ang part na ito kasi lakas maka talk show ng chairs at sign sa harap ng resto :)
Me and Lionel the puppet. Hahahaha! :)

Milky and Sunny has a really lovely interior. The blue and white paint makes it really cozy and they have contemporary art to spice up the cool colored walls.
I love their wall decors of random frames and stuff. I love it so much na inspire ako and I'm working now on having something like this in my room.
Some of their other art fixtures. Love the skull, very Alexander McQueen! :)
And a bunny! Reminds me of my late Antoinette :-/
Now about their food, I think they serve mainly breakfast meals the whole day. See for yourself, here is their menu :)

I had Blueberry Pancakes - Php145. Sorry sa haggard face, puyat at pagod ako nyan ha. Wag magulo, mainit ulo ko.
Lori had Chocolate Chip Pancakes - Pp145 :)
I told her the chocolate chips in her pancake looks like goat poop, e sabi nya mas mukha daw goat poop ang sa akin, basa basa pa. Erks oo nga naman!
So note to self, wag magpapandiri ng iba kasi malamang bumalik din sa akin. Karma.
Malapit lang ang Milky and Sunny sa gaganapan ng PBO Bazaar natin so if you guys want to try it too, we can! Libre nyo ako ha! :)

TO INFINITEA AND BEYOND! PANGKALAWAKAN!

Hello Pao!

So they have the usual milk tea choices. I had Peach Lychee Milk Tea (large at Php95) which is super yummy! Kanina nag Infinitea kami ulit and I had the Blueberry Milk Tea (sana nag Peach Lychee na lang pala ako ulit)

One thing that I am curious of at gusto ko ma-try ay ang milk tea liqueur! May percentage pa ng alcohol content. Gusto ko sanang magtanong "Wala bang 'tambay sa kanto levels? o kaya butas atay levels?"
Our drinks! Love how it's served in a basket :)
They have nachos too btw - Php 80 :)
And they have a band! Na gwapo ang guitarist! His name is Chard at boyfriend ko na sya, di pa lang nya alam.
Nakita ko ulit si Chard kanina and yes, he is indeed cute!
It's great having Infinitea really near our home. At least madali ko madadalaw si Chard my love! :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAPA!!!!
Birthday ni Papa ko last February 8. Straight from uwi namin from Siargao, bumili ako ng cake from Red Ribbon. This medium sized cake is at Php250 only.
Surprise Papa Jun! :)
A few days after since di ko na kaya kumain sa labas that day, we had Papa's celebration at Pizza Hut. Simple dinner lang with my crazy and fun family :)
Very Rihanna ang styling ni birthday boy Papa Jun :)
Mama and Carla :)
And Ge and me! :)
As expected, pasta and pizza ang nilaps sa Pizza Hut :)

AND THAT IS EAT! I mean IT! Ang daming kain no?! Now before I end this post, I want to greet all of you my dear friends..
Hope you had a great Valentines! Ako very isdang di nabili ang peg, nilangaw! Pero okay lang yan! Masaya naman ako so yeah! Yeah! God is good! Yeah yeah God is great! Yeah!

PS : This Sunday na ang PBO Bazaar for a Cause! Go na! :)

Hi everyone!

MAJINIT JACKSON
Kanina, instead na usual "Thank you Papa God for another day" ang nasambit ko nung nagising ako, napa "shet ang init!!!!" ako.

Saan yan? Sa SM Masinag. Ayan o, may giant ceiling fans :)
Syempre pareho! :)
Masarap sya! :)
Ge loved the spaghetti and pizza. Dahil nasimulan ko na last post, half order of spaghetti with 1 meatball is Php104 and a slice of Supreme pan pizza is Php110 :)

THE GREAT WALL OF ZAICY
Here is how it looks. Ang gulo no?! Hahaha :)
In case you want to know (high-light nyo lang ang dark parts para makita at mabasa nyo, in case you're not interested, you can actually just skip it - totally fine :) Anyway, these are just random things that I love :)
1. a picture of Malena ( one of my favorite movies)
2. a mini poster of To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar (favorite feel good movie)
3. a very inspiring chu-chu about love (because I need to not be bitter hahaha)
4. a nice red plate (dahil ako ay matakaw)
5. a picture of the painting Ophelia Drowning by Paul Steck  which is featured in my fave album, Hole's Celebrity Skin (yeah rock rock!)
6. a Tale of Peter Rabbit bowl (dahil mahilig ako sa bunny)
7. a pic of the poster for Breakfast at Tiffany's (thanks Ms Balut for this frame!)
8. a drawing of mine featuring Alisha from Alisha's Attic :)
9. a pic of Carrie Bradshaw from a scene from Sex and the City movie (favorite series!)
10. a table napkin with cat prints (love cats!)
11. a flag of Britain with the keep calm kembot (para kalma lang haha)
12. a pic of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. cast (favorite series too!)
13. a pic from Memoirs of a Geisha (my fave book)
14. a pic of the painting The Great Wave of Kanagawa by Hokusai (love this painting and it is so Japanese)
15. a pic of Spongebob and Patrick!
16. a pic of the paintings Dog and Fowl with Pearls by Michael Sowa, both featured in my fave movie, Amelie
17. a pic of Marilyn Monroe ('cause I'm sexy like her hehe)

Ang saya no! Let me know if you love any of the things I love too :) BTW, in case you have a bare wall, you can try doing this too. It's a really simple, fun and very personalized way to spice up a wall. Always fun to look at, lagi nga ako napapa smile pag tinitignan ko to..pero pag naiisip kong dagdag punasin pag naglilinis...hay! Haha.

ANG BUHAY NI PI
I finally got to watch Life of Pi the other day. It's a really great movie, story and production wise. No surprise that it won Best Director for Ang Lee, Best in Cinematography, Best in Visual Effects and Best in Original Score. My favorite scenes from the film are : nung very calm ang ocean and it was sunset..it was like being in a dream..
..and the scene where there were all the jelly fish and plankton and then cam the whale. Really magical :)
Hopefully you saw Life of Pi too. Ang ganda di ba? :)

And that's all the HHK for now! Hopefully we all get to survive this cruel summer, always keep yourself cool and hydrated ng hindi ma heat stroke at syempre mag sunblock para hindi mag tutong :) Thank you for dropping by and see you all soon! Much love as always! :)

Hello Hello everyone! Okay! :)

Ayan, kahapon ay 1st monthsary namin ni Tikboy! We met early in the morning so I can give him a simple gift - a pack of chocolates and the sweetest card I have ever seen. I saw it in NBS one day and after reading it, I literally went "awww!" kahit may mga tao.

That night at work, Tikboy surprised me too. He dropped by my office, at the uber, very, spacious Robinsons in Cainta and had some goodies for me! Here they are..a jar of the yummiest cookies and gift na rinequest ko - si Smurfette! If you know me, you'd understand bakit hindi na umabot sa bahay ang cookies. Kasi nag share ako (at syempre nabuos ko hihihi)
And with those came this - a Patootie bucket list! This made me smile like a crazy person. I love everything here but if I were to arrange them in the order of my liking, last syempre ang pag donate ng dugo! Aw! :)
And also, there was this sweetest letter ever! Remember my post about my weird stuff about myself that I fear he might not like? Thank you Patootie! I was crying while I was reading this (while Marseng Joanne was laughing at me) I never felt this loved or special. Thank you, I love you very much!
In other news! I made a new pasta dish! Shrimp pesto. Hinanda ko para kina Patootie, his pamangkin Barbie and Ate Belen.  I was excited to make this - sa sobrang excitement ko nakalimutan kong di pa pala ako nakaka pag luto ng hipon kahit kelan!

It turned out quite well!
I found this cutest thing over at Patootie's. Guess what it is! Sireeeettt?
It's a radio! The coolest looking radio! :)
May biglaan kaming kita kita ng ilang blogger friends na sina Josh, Jun and Empi last week! Nagka ayaan bigla after I posted about La Travieza. Sayang di nakasama sina Marseng Joanne, Arline and Hustin. Sana next time!
Josh and Jun :)
Empi and Me :)
I didn't take much pictures of the food kasi pareho lang halos ng selection the last time  I was here. Galing no, magic! Hahaha :)
BTW, may seafood buffet pa sa La Travieza though Ph230 na sya at hindi na Php199. Okay pa din :)

Uwi kami after sa aking bahay at kwentuhan pa. Haha! Nuod na lang kami ni Jun ng The Impossible which by the way is a very nice movie, made me cry! It was really nice seeing you guys, sa uulitin! :)

I would like to formally introduce you to our new family member, Tom the hyper chihuahua! He looks like a hyena sometimes, pero aso talaga sya. He likes to play around in bed and has a crazy habit of wanting to always put his front paws in my mouth hahaha :)
And lastly, may trip kami this weekend! Me, with Tikboy and Marseng Joanne (sayang di na makasama sina Baby Faye at Kitboy) ay pupunta ng Baguio! 3 na lang kami pero I'm sure we'll still have fun. Really excited for the trip, we need a vacation away from our stressful work. At ayan lang po ang HHK! Thank you for your time!

I hope you'll always have a positive outlook in life, believe in love and in prayers. Be a blessing to others and as always, kumain ng madami! Haha! Much love from me to all of you. Tsup! :)

A rainy hello to everyone! Kwento ko sa inyo ang aming fun weekend get away to Baguio! Ang kasama ko - syempre si Tikboy! Honeymoon namin e, in celebration of our first month as Patooties! :)
At kasama syempre sina Baby Faye and Marseng Joanne.
We took a Victory Liner bus to Baguio, Php450 ang ticket. It was about 6 hours of shifting in our seats, napping, snacking and countless "are we there yet?!" moments til we got to Baguio. We stayed at Hotel 45 Extension. Okay ang place, it is located near SM Baguio and several restos. Fairly priced too - our room, the Matrimonial Room is only for Php1,100. Know more about Hotel 45 here.
To make the most of our first day, punta agad sa Camp John  Hay! Gusto nina Baby Faye at Marseng Joanne magpakamatay a.k.a mag tree drop adventure pero di namin naabutan. We went around the park na lang #conyo! It was lovely - seeing all the pine trees, the flowers and breathing in the cool Baguio air. :)
We saw the Cemetery of Negati-Negatividi-Negati-AteVi-Negativism! Hirap i-pronounce, parang tongue twister! You should read this message on the welcome epitaph. So true! :)
There are about 15 epitaphs in The Cemetery of Negati-Negatividi-Negati-AteVi-Negativism. Here are my faves among them. Really witty! :)
After namin dalawin ang mga patay na Negati-Negatividi-Negati-AteVi-Negativism ay ikot ikot pa sa CJH. We saw this totem pole with the heads (not the real heads okay) of some military leaders. May premyong Php500 pag napangalanan nyo kung sino sila! Haha :)
Pwede pag shootingan ng The Conjuring! :)
Pero syempre kodakan pa din! :)
Sa loob ng Bell House..
Patootie Mirror Shot!
Knock Knock!
Hay!
Hay who?!
"I said Hay, Hay! I love you til the morning comes!"
Hahaha!
Table for?
More random pics! :)
Ito yung nabanggit kong may something sina Baby Faye at Marseng Joanne!:-/
Liberty ang peg :)
Who's the cutest couple? Zai and Tikboy or Pine Tree and Marseng Joanne? :)
Nung nagutom na kami, we took a walk out of the CJH grounds (which made us more hungry) then we had dinner at the 50's Diner! There was a queue, just shows how famous this diner has become :)
I love the 50's theme which was incorporated (big word! haha) in the interiors, the staffs uniform, the food choices too. Haha :)
Baby Faye and Joanne enjoying their drinks :)
They both had an order of GUYS ON THE HOOD (Php130) which had pork chop, fried chicken, a slice of pizza, spaghetti, bread and fries. Yep, all for just Php130! :)
Patooties had SHE (Php190) which has fried chicken, pork chop, a fried fish fillet, a slice of steak, a hotdog, vegetables and fries. It was yummy and at Php190, was such a great deal.I love 50's Diner! :)
After stuffing ourselves, we went to SM Baguio!Eto proof :)

Took obligatory pics of the lovely view of the Baguio view :)
Then went on a walk along Session Road. Lovely night to take a walk :)
Baby Faye made us try Karamay, which was like baby kamias - ang asim! Kahit sya di nya naubos hehe! :)
Ended the night with a stroll around Burnham Park then went home to some much need R&R! It was a long day but not long enough to enjoy our first day at Baguio..pero don't worry may days 2 and 3 pa! :)

Thanks for reading and tagging along our trip everyone! Stay tuned for the rest of our Iwas sa Bagyo adventure! Much love as always! :) xoxoxo!

Hellllloooooo everyone!

Kasi matakaw nga ako diba, at mahilig magluto.
Off to the dining area naman! Syempre wala pa akong dining set! Kaya naging make shift cabinet muna.
Office at bedroom.
Moving on, may banyo din ako syempre.

So all is well pag lipat ko until umeksena nga si Maring.
So nabasa ang TV.

And that is my tour of my own home, the Zai Manor! I guess that's the beauty of having a house, how you turn it into a home :) I hope you enjoyed the tour at sana maka dalaw kayo dito my dear blogger friends! I leave you all with this inspirational ek ek hanging in my office wall..
Hope you are all safe and not so wet! Always take care and I love you all! Tsup! :)

After 48 years, ito na ang Day 2 ng aming Baguio trip! This is quite a long day, hence the quite long post but I'm sure (yet I hope) you'll enjoy reading this :)

Umpisahan natin sa isang Girl to Girl moment, featuring Marseng Joanne and Baby Faye :)
Yummy! :)
First time ko mapunta dito. Naging horror no? Hahaha :)
Next stop ay ang Lourdes Grotto. First time ko din dito! (Paakyat ba? hahaha )
Thank you Mama Mary and Papa Jesus for granting my wishes and listening to my prayers :)
First time ko din dito. Lahat na lang first time ko ano? :)
Syempre more lovely artwork and art pieces sa BenCab by the National Artist Benedicto Reyes Cabrera and some other artists. More pictures din kami. Pre nup shoot dapat nina Marseng Joanne and Baby Faye, pero extra si Tikboy.
Dito naman extra si Red Face from Insidious
Pre nup shoot din kami ni Pats :)
Song ni Baby Faye ang "Don't Want No Short, Short Man!"
Adventure Time!!! :)
Ang painting na ito ay named Joan in a Red Dress - what a coincidence! :)
Sa lahat ng galleries sa BenCab, ito ang aking favorite..come in ;)
Don't get any ideas Pats! Just kidding, go get ideas please :)
Moving on, sa BenCab Museum makikta ang Cafe Sabel. It is a really cute cafe with colorful interiors, art pieces by Ben Cabrera and a lovely view of a duck pond and a forest.
I had an order of this Tomato and Basil Pasta - not to brag but my version of this is tastier :)
After feasting our eyes on art and our tummies on pasta, off we went to the next stop - ang Strawberry Farm. And you guessed it, first time ko dito :)
At guess what! Off season ang strawberries so Lettuce Farm ang naabutan namin. No fun seeing all the lettuce when I was expecting strawberries :-/
Moving on! Punta naman kami sa Mines View Park. Dito hindi ko na first time syempre. Pero first time ko kumain dito ng mais :)
Hindi gaanong magandang idea kumain ng mais kasi puro tinga tuloy kami at di maka smile with teeth!
Syempre pik pak kami with the famous St Bernand ng Mines View, si....ay di pala sya famous, di ko maalala ang pangalan nya! Basta alam ko mabait sya, Saint nga sya e hahaha :)
Super sikip na ng Mines View with all the stalls and some construction being done. Siksikan tuloy ang mga tao and it was hard to enjoy the view when there was a queue of people waiting for their turn to take pictures.
Poor horsies.
Next stop namin ay ang Tam-awan Village. We made it on right on time as some young Ifugao were about to perform traditional dances. Syempre nakigulo muna kami bago sila nag dance dance :)
It was nice watching them dance and knowing that the Ifugao culture is still alive and in practice by the young. Even some of the audience are familiar with the dances :) At syempre bonus na may cutie Ifugao dancer na crush ni Baby Faye at crush ko din hihi :)
Went around the Tam-awan Village after their performance. There were several Ifugao homes, pinaka pansinin ang Dukligan - ang fertility hut.
Haha :)
Biglang nag fog nung nasa taas kami ng Tam-awan! Nakakain ba ang fog Baby Faye?
Matapos malaman ni Baby Faye na hindi nakakain ang fog, bumaba na kami at pictures pa with the fog. Bihira lang ang fog sa buhay namin! :)
Ito nga pala si aming Kuyang Driver for the day :)
On to our last stop for the tour, ang Botanical Garden. May on going renovation, mga statue ata ang gumagawa.
More pre-nup pics! :)
And that is our tour of Baguio, in one long post :) Sana nag enjoy naman kayo at nainggit para ma-isipan nyong mag Baguio din :) Next post naman ay tungkol sa aming food trip on our second night in Baguio :)

Thank you all for the time reading this! Love you all and have a great September! Much love, as always :)

3rd out of the 4 posts about our Baguio Trip last August! FOOD TRIP! :)
Syempre same pa rin ang partners - me and my Patootie, Tikboy :)
And Baby Faye and Marseng Joanne..tawagin natin silang Marsifaye :)
First naming kinainan, for our appetizers ay ang favorite restaurant ni Marseng Joanne - ang Oh My Gulay!!!!!

Anyways, so we had our appetizers here. Marseng Joanne had OMG Salad for Php120.
Baby Faye and Tikboy both had Lumpia Salad, Php120. Ang sarap ng lumpia! Kahit hindi budburan ng suka! :)

#tunaynanakakaloka
Oh My Gulay is great for vegetarians. Gaya ng goats, cows, horses, etc. Okay din for anyone who wants to feast on fresh vegetable dishes :)

After our meal, off to dessert! We went to Visco's (!!!!!!!!), home of the famous Strawberry Cake. Visco's is in Session Road too :)
They have a selection of cakes..
..but of course I had my eyes set on this baby..
..it's like a slice of strawberry heaven!
The Strawberry Cake is perfect! It isn't too sweet and it melts in your mouth (not on your hand - naging M&M's!) It  is fairly priced too, an 8 inch one is Php610, a 6 inch cake if at Php375 and a slice of it is Php80.
Must try ito when you're in Baguio. Tapos pasalubungan nyo ako ng isang buo :)
For our dessert number 2, we went to Hill Station (!!!!!!), which is in the Casa Vallejo, located in the Upper Session Road. We came here for ice cream! :)
Ang ganda ng interiors ng Hill Station! Ang sarap lang mag debut haha :)
Same ang sweet pairing, kami ni Patootie..
..at sina MarsiFaye :)
Anyways, we wanted to try the Ice Cream Palette but it wasn't available. We settled for the Mango Rum - which is the perfect mix of sweetness and sourness of mangoes. Php 120.
We also tried the sinfully good Death by Chocolate, for Php115. This was very good, the chocolate was gooey and sweet. I'm not willing to die because of this though! :)
They have meals too but I got the impression that they're more famous for their desserts :)

We got to try 4 different restaurants in one night! :)

Next and last post about Baguio ay ang aming 3rd and last day. Sorry if thiis Baguio series has been dragging but I hope you're somehow enjoying it. Thanks for reading everyone and have a great and safe week! Much love as always! :*

Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing better than I am. Meron kasi akong sakit, I have Chikungunya!!!

Chikungunya is almost like dengue, transmitted by a mosquito bite and lucky for me, and for all of us, not as fatal. All I had was fever, joint pain and rashes. Fever went away quite fast, special thanks to Pats for being my personal nurse (tsup!) pero may joint pain pa din. Parang may preview ako ng mararamdaman ko when I get old (okay, okay, much older!) Again, luckily mas madali pa gamutin ang Chikungunya kesa sa tandaan at bigkasin sya. To know more about it, magtanong kay Kuya Kim or para mas madali, kay Ate Wikipedia na lang :)

Aside from having Chikungunya, eto ang mga recent ganaps :)

Not so recent na pala! Last August 30th, lumuwas kami (yes, luwas ang Antipolo to Makati) nina Marseng Joanne and Baby Faye to Makati. Bakit? Eto!
Eto ang ginawa sa kanya! :)
Hindi po sya na The Matrix o brinain wash, nagpa digital perm sila ni Baby Faye sa Beauty Brick, same salon kung saan nagpa digital perm si Marge. The salon was nice, it had bare yet nice interiors at ang get up ng staff, akala mo mga G-Force.
The digital perming took more or less about  4 hours so good thing there were a lot of magazines to keep me entertained. I spent about an hour staring at this ad of David Beckham..kidding, 55 minutes lang! Hihihi :)
Some random stuff I saw - astig tong projctor na to!
After flipping through all the mags, tapos na ang digital perm nina MarseFaye.
Buti hindi naman pala! Vinolumze lang. Now, meet the newly kulots, my lovely friends! Tandaan, may kasabihan tayong, pag kulot...mayaman! Halos 4k ba naman ang bayad e! :)
After the perming session, we met up with Arline and then Marge for a long overdue get together and dinner at 8065 Bagnet. Binigyan kami ni Arline ng framed certificates from PBO - di ko naman to expected, sana nagpa perm din ako! Thanks a lot PBO :)
We ended the night with desserts at 8065 Coffee, this time with Tikboy! :)
It was really fun seeing, talking and laughing with Arline and Marge again, missed them and I miss them again! :)
In other news! Lakas maka mayaman! :) Doing good so far though I miss my family sometimes (seriously) kahit isang bahay away lang sila. I have them come over and prepare food.

I had my first visitors, MarsiFaye! I made them pancakes for breakfast friends come over, I like cooking for them, kasi sabi nga ni Mikee Cojuangco sa Knorr cooking ekek, "because cooking is how we show we show our love" :)
Regular visitor too of course is Pats! We celebrated our 2nd monthsary here :)
May pancit! Parang swumeldo lang si Itay. May steak din! Malaki ang swledo ni Itay! :)
This Saturday may mini kita kits ang ilang blogger friends dito and I'm excited to see them! Maliit lang ang bahay ko so di ko maaya lahat, so batch by batch na lang :)
Anyways, so far, living alone made me more independent. About time, I'm not getting any younger, though I don't look like I am naman haha :)

That is all for now my friends! Stay safe and dry at wag pakakagat sa lamok! Mahirap na magka Chungkunya! Mahirap i-spell! :) Thanks and much love as always! XOXOXO! :)

A few days to go and it's October already! My birth month!
Yup, some things never change! :)

Anyways, I always pray nowadays that I get enlightened, and I get to finally realize what I want and I get the strength to go for it. What ever will make me happy, that is the goal. Life is too short - it needs to be fun!

Sorry about the mild rant, ito na ang lighter side of the news! Masaya ang aking buhay living alone ( a few houses away from my family!) dumating na ang unang bill sa kuryente at tubig, may mini garden na ako sa harap ng bahay, madalas akong (mag plano) mag linis at tulog ako ng tulog. I have settled and I'm loving it :)
Syempre, I love cooking and eating! Ito ang aking favorites nowadays..
FRENCH TOAST!
TOASTED BREAD!
 ..at walang kamatayang SPAGHETTI! :)
Buhay pugad baboy! :)

Nagka mini housewarming ako last week.
Thank you all for dropping by and reading about my HHK's! I wish you're all well and doing great. Til next time! xoxoxo!

Hello everyone! Last time I was here, I was ranting about how I dislike my job. That time, lagi akong hini-high blood and all I wanted to do was rest. I was okay, stressed na stressed lang talaga ako. All I wanted was a change kasi sawang sawa na ako sa ginagawa ko.

And tada! Prayer granted! I became a QA Intern! It could not have happened at any other time, the timing was just perfect. I thank God everyday for this change that saved me from being...crazier :)

Almost 3 weeks na akong QA Intern and I love it. It's challenging, it's new. I love listening to calls and laughing at how crazy the conversations can go. (Kahapon may inevaluate akong call, naka 9 na "in here" si agent in one sentence! Parang ganito,"let me check in here, my system in here, what it will show in here.." Kaloka! Pero kesa nga naman mag "uhhmmm.." "ahhh..." hahaha!)
Anyways, after every evaluation, I coach the agents. I write notes with updates, etc. I want to make the notes special so inaayos ko ang sulat at sprina-sprayan ko pa ng cologne.
Anyways, not a day goes by that I thank Papa God for this chance. I hope I get to be a certified QA for real because I'm really loving it :)

While all of that was happening, I worked on being my happy self again. I did the things that I love to do - cook and watch movies with Ge! I sometimes have the family over come visit me and we have dinner together. Bukas na din ang Ynares perya so we go there sometimes too :)
Ge and I were watching Evil Dead hence the face :)
And of course, I have the date weekends with Patootie! We went to Ace Water Spa one Saturday. AT ETO KA! Kasabay namin si Paolo Onesa - my super crush from The Voice of the Philippines! It was unreal, na nakita ko sya tapos naka topless at trunks pa hahaha.

First time ko ata nainis sa kanya haha.
On our date weekends we either watch a movie (we saw Gravity [and ganda!!!] and She's The One [kailangan laging sumasayaw si Enrique Gil?]) or we stay home and nap and eat and nap some more. May mga sexy time in between pero syempre hindi ko binangit kasi conservative ako (pero binangit ko na, hindi talaga ako conservative hahaha) Thanks Pats for making me always happy, tsup!!! :)

And that is it! So far I am well and happy again and I want to share it with all of you guys. I hope you're all doing well and are happy too :)

MGA P.S.
The worst has happened - ayaw mag on ng aking external hard drive! It's 1 TB of pictures, videos (both wholesome and not so wholesome) and much more. I was very sad nung ayaw nya na mag on. Oh no! But no use in sulking, move on na lang. :)
I was much sadder though about what has happened and is still happening to Cebu and Bohol. These are two of my favorite places and seeing them; the people, the homes, the churches, the sceneries in destruction is really heart breaking. Prayers for Cebu and Bohol!
And I end this post with this lakas maka Englishero na parting thought - I think our lives are like the phases of the moon. At times we experience phases of darkness where we are shadowed by sadness, grief or any troubling time..but it is inevitable that any dark time shall pass. We just need to strong and believe that we will surpass anything and after all the dark phases, we will shine, like magical full moon :)
Have a great week ahead everyone!
I miss blog hopping and reading about you! Mwahs!

As always, much love from me to all of you!  xoxoxo!

I have been thinking of what to blog about the past days, yung tungkol ba sa birthday ko, yung tungkol sa November 1, mga HHK, kung ano ano.

BTW, I just want to share...we found this link to a site with very haunting pictures, showing the terrible destruction caused by Yolanda.

Haaaayyyyy, anyways, I hope we all get to help in anyway possible and let us all pray continuously for our kababayans.

God will never forsake us, let us not lose hope. Prayers for our country!!!

Hello everyone! I am feeling happy seeing all the help for our kababayans, and the hope that comes with it. It may take a while bago sila fully maka recover - pero it is inevitable, they will pick up the pieces of their lives, they will recover and life will go on. Me and some PBO members volunteered sa Red Cross last Saturday and it was overwhelming seeing all the help being prepared for our kababayans. I feel so happy so ayan, I feel I can post na ulit! :)

I know right, ang delayed ng post! At I know right, pwede ako sa Myra E commercial! Charot! Pero seriously most people would say I don't look my age - ang secret lang ata ay always be or always try to be happy, have positive thoughts and be childlike. Baliw for short :)

Anyways, eto na ang ganap noong aking birthday last October 30. Winelcome ko ang day sa office, with a potluck sa office. Oo, sa office. Wala akong pictures kasi wala akong bagong damit! Di ko napag handaan haha! Pero kahit wala akong bagong damit for that day ay okay lang, I felt happy dahil sa greetings at food at cake (from Marseng Joanne) For the candle I blew for the cake - I wished that I continue to be blessed with such lovely friends. Anyways, that potluck was a great start for my day :)

RIP!
Buti na lang may bukod pa sa cake for me and all the other birthday celebrants.

Weird man, ayaw kong kinakantahan ng happy birthday. Mag papa cute? Mag cha-cha? Weird di ba? Hahaha :) For this cake, I wished that I spend the rest of my birthdays with my sweet Patootie :)

Anyways, ang dami kong nakain as expected. Natuwa din si Patootie kasi first time nya sa Vikings. Pinagluto pa nya ako ng special sinigang - may mushrooms! Hahaha :)
I especially enjoyed this plate of maki - sobrang sarap! :)
Later that day, family time naman! I treated my family to a buffet dinner at La Travieza.
Of course, with me are my lovely parents and my papa and mama (Melanie M. ang peg ng sentence :)..
..my very matakaw brother, Ge..
..and that's my tomboy..este, that's my sister, Carla! :)
Lafang galore ang Salonga family. Ang sweet pa nila they surprised me with this!
For this cake I wished that even though we have a simple life, that my whole family will always be happy, healthy and harmonious (pinilit ang harmonious matuloy lang ang mga H :)
And I was able to end the day as I wanted to, I watched TV alone, in my lovely home. Even though I am blessed with caring friends, a loving Patootie and a lovely family, I know that I still have to spend time with my best friend - ME. I believe the best relationship that we must have is the one we have with ourselves kaya mahalaga ang ME time. Sino pa ba ang magtitiis sa akin for the past 31 years at sa mga years to come pa di ba? :)

And that was my 32nd birthday! So far so good, not a wrinkle in sight :)

More posts to come about my HHK's, ngayon mag blog hop muna ako. Thank you all for still taking time to visit my blog, for the comments at sa lahat ng bumati sa akin nung birthday ko! As always, much love to all of you! xoxo! :*

Hi everyone! Natatawa ako sa comments nyo sa previous post ko about poems I wrote years ago. Past po yun, hindi current state of mind and of heart. All is well, Noel! Born is the king of Israel!

Speaking of baliw baliw, I would like to ask all of you to welcome and follow the blog of my dear dear friend Carlo!

Anyways I want to share, first of all as an intro to this post - one of my favorite sites to visit. This is P.S I Made This. This is a DIY site founded by Erica Domesek, at aliw ang site na ito kasi she makes really great and fab things out of simple things. Minsan fashion, minsan pang decor sa bahay. Nakaka inspire talaga mag DIY when you visit her site kaya nga lang alam nyo naman sa bansa natin, madaming kulang na gamit.

Very album cover lang ng No Doubt - Rock  Steady! :)
For extra volume and bounce, i blow dry ang buhok. Este para matuyo agad, i blow dry ang newly painted shoes.
 Tada! Finished product!
Hehe :) But I love it! So adik! So me! :)

Ayan ang aking P.S. Zai Made This! Pwedeng pang majorette! :)

     - Music is universal. It expresses feelings, it tells a story, helps us remember special times in our lives - it connects us all as people.

    - Super iba iba, OPM, Rock, Pop, Ballads.

PBO Feeding Program at Plaza Salamanca

PBO funded a feeding program last Friday, May 10. This is through Pastor Ephraim V. Guerrero of the Pasig Community Church who was so kind to host our PBO Bazaar. He, with the Community Chest Foundation Inc, (a private, non stock, non profitable, charitable, welfare and civic organization) hold weekly feeding programs at Plaza Salamanca in Taft Avenue, Manila.

Call time for the feeding program is 8:00 am. Marseng Joanne and I went on half day at work at lumuwas to meet with other blogger volunteers and Pastor.

We had some issues meeting up with Pastor kasi hindi sya nag re-reply sa texts or tawag. And there was no sign of an on going feeding program anywhere at the plaza. After waiting for a while, I finally spotted him talking to a group of kids. Very good si Pastor, ang cute cute :)

Anyways, before we gave food to the kids - Pastor told them a lovely story about flowers. Some of the kids were listening intently and some...were just being kids, harutan ng harutan :)
This cute girl caught all our attention, she's just so cute :)
She reminds me of a cute baby duck :)
Naloka ako dito sa batang to, he asked me to take a picture of him and said "Kuya tag mo ako ha?" Basta sounds like Ornix - lakas maka Pokemon :)
I had to stop taking their pictures kasi naistorbo ang story telling ni Pastor :)
After Pastor's story telling portion, we all said a prayer. It is really nice knowing these kids are taught the importance of prayer. They also are taught to be appreciative and thankful. Pastor said aside from the food, they would like to impart values to the kids.
 Sampung Palakpak! :)
After the prayer, the kids were given food - a meal of rice, a hotdog and egg. We also gave them goodie bags with simple snacks.
And then that was it! It was such a fast program, we were all surprised it finished so quickly. We had to say bye bye to the kids, and of course to the cute little girl who reminds me of a cute baby duck :)

Picture picture with Pastor! Thanks for giving us a chance to share and experience being with these kids even for a short while.
For those interested to also fund or support Community Chest Foundation Inc, you can contact them via their Facebook page - here.

The fund we provided for the feeding apparently is for 2 feeding sessions so we have one more feeding program in June. Date is to be announced when Pastor gives me the date. I'll keep you all posted - and I hope you can experience it too :)

And now - meet the volunteers! :)
Syempre, present ang PBO's most beautiful and handsome members - Me, Marseng Joanne, Sis Arline and Pao. First time namin ma-meet at dagdag sa most beautiful and handsome members sina Chard at Caryl! Really nice meeting them, they're happy people just like us. I want to thank you personally for being members of PBO and for being there last Friday. Same thank you sa inyo Marse, Arline and Pao. :)
And that was our simple yet fulfilling outreach! Thank you all for your support and stay tuned for more outreach programs to come. As always, much love from me to all of you!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY SA LAHAT NG MOMMY! AT SA LAHAT NG MOMMY NYO! :*

Lumu-Look Up Sa Tagaytay

Yoohoo! Nakaka pagod recently, ang daming ganap! Miss ko na matulog buong araw. Anyways, I want to say SORRY because I haven't been able to visit your blogs - super busy and exhausted recently, pero babawi ako I promise :) And I thank you for still visiting my blog despite me not being able to visit yours. Thank you! :*

Now, share ko lang ang biglaang trip namin sa Tagaytay last, last weekend, with my beautiful yet patay gutom friends, Marseng Joanne and Carl Kalabaw :) Eto ang mga ganap! :)

Php 50 ang entrance at P150 ang rent sa picnic hut :) You can get to the Picnic Grove via a tricycle from any point, in case wala kayong sasakyan..pwede ding lakarin kung gusto nyo magka third degree burns.

Syempre may fashion blog portion, What I Wore : hat from SM department store; mint green shirt from Bachelors Pad; gray jeans from Bench, slippers from Nike and bag from Shopwise :)
Hanap hanap kami ng hut!
At nahanap namin ang perfect hut, with this lovely view of the Taal Volcano :)
Dahil gusto ko bongga lagi, I prepared a fab picnic! With flowers talaga para achieve!:)
Tada! Tawang tawa sina Marse at Carl sa set up ko haha
Ang aming handa : Chicken Tortilla Casserole Overload - has twice the amount of everything! Sobrang bigat tuloy sa tyan haha :)
We also has Pizza by Marse, a bucket of Chicek Joy courtesy of Carl, Peach Panna Cotta by me and Oreo Cheesecake by Marse. Daming food!
Good fun with my lovely friends, good food and a lovely view - ah it was a perfect picnic! :)
ANONG PAREHO SA MUSHROOM BURGER AT SA FERRIS WHEEL?
Pagka picnic at pagka pahinga ng very mild (with hilik hilik sa side) ay pumunta kami sa Mushroom Burger - to try their famous burgers! Anyways, Mushroom Burger is at 60 Brgy Kaybagal, Tagaytay-Batangas Highway.

What I Wore : bonnet from Greenhills, hooded long sleeved shirt from Cotton On and shorts from Leixing (hahaha)
What I ate! :) I had the Royal Burger which is for Php105 and came with a regular sized drink and regular sized fries. The burger patty is actually a combination of beef and mushrooms - and the burger itself tastes YUMMY! No wonder it is famed :)
I also had an order of Pancit Canton Delight - topped with yummy mushrooms, for Php95. This is as delicious, the mushrooms gave it a twist.
Here is the rest of the menu! You should definitely give it a try pag napadpad kayo sa Tagaytay :)
See, tuwang tuwa ang aking shutay tomi friends :)
After ng lapukan portion, A Walk to Remember kami ng very mild at tada! Nasa Sky Ranch na kami! We are going to ride the tallest Ferris Wheel found here :)
For more info about the Sky Ranch, you can visit their FB page here..and the rates, sa picture below :)
The Tagaytay Eye or Sky Eye is the currently the tallest Ferris Wheel dito sa Philippines!
The ride btw is for Php150, one spin (spin talaga haha) that lasts for about 10 minutes. Syempre di kami natigil, nag look up pa rin kami! :)
Super fun night! :)

HONEY, AM I IN HAVEN?

May bonggang garden pa at pool! Kalurks! :)

This is our room from the outside. The rooms are made of container vans thought pagpasok mo sa loob, room na room ang dating. Gulo ko mag explain no? Haha :)
At syempre, What I Wore : hat from SM department store; yellow tank from Coco Cabana and shorts from Taytay Tiangge :)
Really lovely hotel, I actually want to go back there someday! :) Anyways, check out time na at kailangan na naming umuwi. But wait! Isang look up pa! :)
Hahaha! :)
And that is it! Thanks for coming along our fun and bitin trip to Tagaytay. Di ba bongga :) Thanks for reading you all and have a great week ahead.

Much love from me, to all of you! :*

Home Gray Home

Hello hello everyone!

Ang aking closet, mirror at board of pictures :)
Ang aking kitchen and my white cabinets! :)
White na din ang aking table :)
My desk ek-ek! :)
My ever growing collection of framed pictures! :)
My Totoro banyo!
Hahaha :)

And that is how my home looks like now - just how I like it :) Special thank you to Patootie who helped me paint the kitchen!
Speaking of Patootie, he made this list on our first monthsary - a list of things to do. For 2013 lang dapat e kapos sa time, so extended yan! Pang 1 year na!

Syempre may oh my gulay; carrots, Baguio beans, mushrooms, wansoy, Chinese cabbage..

..at syempre may noodles. Very mami tuloy ang peg :)

Have a great day y'all! Mwahs! :)
